  • Advise on Voluntary Qualified Importer Program (VQIP) under the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA)
  • Evaluate transactions from the perspective of regulatory agencies (FDA, USDA, CBP) and ensure that documents are designed to minimize regulatory delays at the border
  • Advise on Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) under the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA)
